Overview:

God created humans male and female in His image (Genesis 1:27), with distinct and good purposes for both biological sex and sexuality. Homosexual behavior and gender confusion reflect the fallen condition of humanity (Romans 1:24–27; 1 Corinthians 6:9–11) but are not beyond the reach of redemption. The core issue is not orientation or identity, but worship—whether one’s heart is surrendered to the Creator or to personal desires (Romans 1:25).
